At Navyata, we take extreme care to ensure your outfit reaches you in perfect condition. Every piece undergoes a rigorous quality check before being shipped.
1. Video Proof for Quality Assurance
To ensure complete transparency:

Our Commitment: To the best of our ability, we record a video of your product during the final quality check, packaging, and sealing process.

Customer Requirement: To be eligible for an exchange due to damage, we strictly require an uninterrupted unboxing video from the customer. The video must show the package's seal being broken and a clear view of the defect.
2. Eligibility for Exchange

We only provide exchanges in cases of damaged or faulty products received.

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or Email with the required unboxing video.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and have all original tags and packaging intact.
3. Out-of-Stock Variants & Credit Notes

If the damaged item is no longer available in your required size or variant, we will offer you a Credit Note.

This Credit Note will be valid for 6 months and can be used for any future purchase on our website.

Please note: We do not offer monetary refunds; only exchanges or credit notes are provided.
4. Non-Returnable Items

Custom-stitched outfits, "Sale" items, and accessories are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect verified by an unboxing video.
